راجيش رائو جو نالو سنڌو سڀيتا جي لکت تي تحقيق ڪندڙ ماهرن ۾ اهم جاءِ والاري ٿو. پاڻ سنڌو لکت جي ڀاڃ decipherment لاءِ ڪمپويٽر ٽيڪنالاجي تي ڪم ڪندڙ پهريون ماهر آهي. سندس جنم ڀارت جي مدراس شهر ۾ 2 جولاءِ 1970ع تي ٿيو. پاڻ اينگلو اسٽيٽ يونيورسٽي مان 1992ع ۾ ڪمپيوٽر سائنس ۾ گريجوئيشن ڪئي. بعد ۾ يونيورسٽي آف روچيسٽر مان 1994ع ۾ ڪمپيوٽر سائنس ۾ ايم ايس سي ۽ 1998ع ۾ ڊاڪٽريٽ جي ڊگري حاصل ڪئي. راجيش رائو هن وقت سينٽر آف سينسريموٽر نيورل انجنئيرنگ Center for Sensorimotor Neural Engineering  جو ڊائريڪٽر ۽ يونيورسٽي آف واشنگٽن سيٽلي ۾ ڪمپيوٽر سائنس جو پروفيسر آهي. راجيش رائو ڪمپيوٽشنل نيرو سائنس، آرٽيفيشل انٽيلجنشيا ۽ برين ڪمپيوٽر انٽرفيسنگ جو محقق آهي. پاڻ سنڌو سڀيتا جي لکت جي ڀاڃ لاءِ کوجنا ڪري رهيو آهي.
