رڪ سنڌي 

آرڪيالاجي جو ماهر ڊاڪٽر اجيٿ پرساد ڀارت جي مهاراجا ساياجيرائو يونيورسٽي برودا ۾ جولاءِ 2009ع کان پروفيسر جي عهدي تي ذميواريون نڀائي رهيو آهي. ان کان اڳ پاڻ 1990ع کان 1995ع تائين ساڳي يونيورسٽي ۾ آرڪيالاجي جو ليڪچرار به رهيو. سندس جنم 30 نومبر 1957ع ۾ ٿيو. اجيٿ 1978ع ۾ ڪيرالا يونيورسٽي مان ڪيمسٽري ۾ بي ايس سي جي ڊگري حاصل ڪئي. جنهن بعد برودا جي ايم ايس يونيورسٽي مان آرڪيالاجي ۾ ايم اي جي ڊگري حاصل ڪرڻ بعد نئين دهلي جي آرڪيالاجي انسٽيٽيوٽ مان آرڪيالاجي ۾ ڊپلوما ڪيو. پاڻ مهاراجا ساياجيرائو يونيورسٽي مان آرڪيالاجي ۾ ڊاڪٽريٽ جي ڊگري حاصل ڪئي. سندس تحقيق جو موضوع گجرات جي اورسانگ ماٿري ۾ سنڌو سڀيتا جي ڦهلاءِ ۽ ارتقا هيو. جنهن ۾ هن سنڌو سڀيتا جي دور ۾ ماحولياتي تبديلين بابت کوجنا ڪئي. اجيٿ پرساد 1985ع کان 1988ع تائين فورڊ فائونڊيشن جي جونيئر ريسرچ فيلو طور ذميواريون نڀايون. بعد ۾ کيس سينئر ريسرچ فيلو مقرر ڪيو ويو. ان عهدي تي به پاڻ 1988ع کان 1990ع تائين ڪم ڪندو رهيو. آرڪيالاجي ماهر اجيٿ جنوري 2006ع کان مارچ 2006 تائين يونيورسٽي ڪاليج لنڊن جي آرڪيالاجي انسٽيٽيوٽ جو وزيٽنگ فيلو به رهيو.

سنڌو سڀيتا تي سندس تحقيق کي نظر ۾ رکندي جاپان جي حڪومت طرفان کيس سنڌو سڀيتا تي تحقيق بابت پراجيڪٽ ۾ ريسرچ فيلو مقرر ڪيو ويو. پاڻ ان پراجيڪٽ ۾ اپريل 2008ع کان جون 2008ع تائين ۽ بعد ۾ مئي 2011ع کان آگسٽ 2011ع تائين ذميواريون نڀايون. جاپان حڪومت جي ريسرچ انسٽيٽيوٽ فار هيومنٽي اينڊ نيچر طرفان انڊس پراجيڪٽ تحت سنڌو ماٿري جي سڀيتا تي کوجنا ڪئي وئي. جنهن ۾ مختلف ملڪن جي آرڪيالاجي ماهرن کي شامل ڪيو ويو. اجيٿ پرساد سنڌو سڀيتا تي ڪيترائي تحقيقي مقالا ۽ ڪتاب لکيا آهن. پاڻ سنڌو ماٿري جي سڀيتا تي تحقيق ڪندڙ ڪيترن ئي پراجيڪٽس ۾ شامل رهيو آهي. اجيٿ طرفان گجرات جي اورسانگ ماٿري ۾ سنڌو سڀيتا جي ماڳن تي کوجنا کي وڏي اهميت حاصل آهي. هن 1985ع کان 1990ع تائين فورڊ فائونڊيشن جي مالي تعاون سان ان پروجيڪٽ تي ڪم ڪيو. بعد ۾ 1992ع کان 1998ع تائين انڊيا جي سکي ماٿري ۽ اتر گجرات ۾ سنڌو سڀيتا جي قديم ماڳن بابت تحقيق ڪئي. اجيٿ پرساد 2002ع کان 2007ع تائين يونيورسٽي گرانٽ ڪميشن انڊيا جي سهڪار سان گجرات ۾ سنڌو سڀيتا بابت کوجنا کي اڳتي وڌايو. هن وقت به پاڻ گجرات ۾ سنڌو سڀيتا تي تحقيق ڪري رهيو آهي. اجيٿ پرساد گجرات ۾ ڪيترن ئي قديم ماڳن جي کوٽائي به ڪرائي. جن ۾ گجرات رياست جي ڪڇ ضلعي ۾ شڪارپورا، پتن ضلعي ۾ وهارو ٽمبو، دترانا، پٿاد، جڙاڪ، باگسرا، جوگپرا، امبا ڪٽ، سنٿالي، ناگودا. رتنپورا، ناگيشوار ۽ ٻيا ماڳ شامل آهن.
